Tanaka Hime and Suzuki Hina are arriving at OffKai Expo Gen 5 to blow you away at HIMEHINA WORLD Tour 2026『LIFETIME is BUBBLIN』in San Jose! This marks the first VTuber solo World Tour – don’t miss the concert of a lifetime at the San Jose Civic on Friday, July 24th at 3pm PDT!
Since their debut in 2018, HIMEHINA has captivated the hearts of millions of fans around the world. Following the breakout success of their signature song “Aipai Dancehall” (48M+ views), the duo released their fourth album “Bubblin”, the namesake for this tour. In February 2026, they also followed it up with their first full-length solo album “Futari Tsumugi Uta”, with songs written by Hime and Hina themselves!
San Jose (not a vineyard!) marks the latest highlight of HIMEHINA’s first-ever world tour, reaching tens of thousands of JOJIs in eight cities including Fukuoka, Osaka, Sendai, Nagoya, Sapporo, Taipei, and Seoul. Look forward to a setlist of old classics and new favorites, specially arranged for the international stage!

This is a separate ticketed event and access to the concert is not included with an OffKai Expo badge. An OffKai Expo convention badge is not required to attend this event.

Fan Letters
Fan letters will be collected in a gift box inside the venue.
Please make sure to place letters inside an envelope and refrain from including any personal information other than your name.
Status updates for any items received will not be provided.
Accepted items:
- Fan letters placed inside a standard envelope, group messages written on shikishi, and fan illustrations.
Items that will not be accepted:
- Items other than letters, fan letters and illustrations that contain personal information other than a name, hazardous materials, food and beverages, perishables, live animals, cash, and gift cards.
- Items that contain any metal or electronic components.
- Any other items that the organizers may deem unacceptable.
Flower Stands
We are currently accepting Flower Stands through the Flower Stand Registration Form.
Please note we cannot accept other types of floral arrangements besides freestanding flower stands.
Before ordering your flower stand, please make sure that someone is able to collect the flower stand after the performance.
Please do not attach any small items to the flower stand.
The placement of the flower stands within the venue (including areas outside the venue) will be determined by the organizers and placed in no particular order.
If we receive an overwhelming amount of flower stands, it may not be possible to display all of them. Some items may be placed in the back rooms.
Policies & Disclaimers
- While an OffKai Expo badge is not required for this event, the OffKai Expo Code of Conduct is still in effect.
- All San Jose Civic venue policies are in effect, excluding the bag size limit.
- Photography and recording during the performance is strictly prohibited. If caught, you may be asked to delete any photos/videos of the performance and be told to leave the venue.
- The following acts are prohibited as they may disrupt others around you or interfere with the performance: excessive jumping, whistling, mistimed chants/mixes, unnecessarily loud chants/mixes, the performance of wotagei, and throwing objects on stage.
- When using items such as penlights, please ensure you are not obstructing the view of others or causing a disturbance.
- The use of specialized penlights (extremely bright, homemade, modified, etc.), high-intensity chemical lights (Ultra-Orange/UOs, etc.), or other devices that emit light using bulbs or LEDs is prohibited inside the venue, as they may interfere with the special effects and operation of the performance.
- Weapons or prop weapons (including peace-bonded props) are not allowed inside the venue.
- Oversized props that could obstruct the view of other attendees are not allowed inside the venue.
- No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the venue.
- Please follow any instructions or additional rules from onsite OffKai Expo Staff and Venue Security.
- Performers are subject to change without notice.
- Be advised that this performance may be recorded and filmed by OffKai/LaRa Inc. staff. There is a possibility you may appear in these recordings.
Bag Policy
We highly advise not bringing any bags into the San Jose Civic to speed up the entry process. There will not be onsite bag storage. However, small bags can be stored under your seat. Please ensure any bag you carry into the San Jose Civic is no larger than a standard backpack (17in x 12in x 6in). Attendees with large bags will be turned away at the door, and all bags are subject to search prior to entry by venue staff.
Please leave large bags in a secure location ahead of time. Please keep any compliant bag with you at all times.

The San Jose Civic is directly across the street from the main entrance of the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.

How will check-in and doors open time work?
Doors open at 1:30pm PDT on the day of the concert. The show begins at 3:00pm PDT.
How does seating work?
All seats are reserved. Seats are grouped into multiple tiers based on location within the venue, and your seat location will be made available to you prior to purchase.
Will there be loud sounds and/or flashing lights?
Yes. Please be aware that this performance features loud sounds and flashing stage lighting.
Will this event be streamed?
This event will not be streamed.
How long will this event be?
Please plan for a performance of approximately 3 hours. Please note that this is an estimate and the actual end time may vary.
What if I have accessibility concerns?
The San Jose Civic building is wheelchair accessible and has accessible seats. Attendees with disabilities may enter the San Jose Civic through the main entrance via the wheelchair-accessible (WCA) ramp on the right side of the venue. The elevator to the balcony for accessible seating is located to the right as you enter the facility.

Are ticket refunds available?
All sales are final, and refunds are not available, but you may transfer your ticket(s) to another person through Eventbrite.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for a child?
Tickets are required for persons aged 6 and above. All children 5 and under must sit in their guardian’s lap unless a separate ticket is purchased for them.
I am a minor (13-17) and would like to attend without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. What do I need to do?
Minors aged 13–17 may attend unaccompanied, provided they email OffKai a signed and notarized Minor Consent & Liability Release Form. This form includes our Media & Recording Release, which is required for all attendees as the event is being recorded for commercial purposes. Please email ticketing@offkaiexpo.com to request the form.
Minors below the age of 13 may not attend the event unaccompanied.
Can I attend OffKai Expo along with HIMEHINA WORLD Tour 2026『LIFETIME is BUBBLIN』in San Jose?
Yes, but you still need a valid OffKai Expo convention badge (either a day badge or full weekend badge) that can be purchased day-of if not sold out.
