Fan Meetups
The Fan Meetup Tool is a self-service portal that attendees can use to schedule and host their own meetups! This tool is intended for attendee use only. If you have any questions about the tool, please reach out to events@offkaiexpo.com for assistance!
How to use the Fan Meetup Tool
- Available times are listed between the four Fan Meetup locations. For a map of the locations, please refer to the map page in the Fan Meetup Tool
- In order to be able to schedule a Fan Meetup, you must connect your ConCat account to the tool
- Select your preferred time at your preferred location
- Add a name and description to your Fan Meetup and submit for approval
- Once submitted, your scheduling request will be sent to an Admin for approval. While waiting for approval, your requested time will be unavailable to book over!
- Once reviewed, an email will be sent to the email associated with your ConCat account letting you know if your request has been accepted or rejected
Fan Meetup Tool Rules
- The Fan Meetup Tool is intended for attendee use only. Special Guests cannot use the Fan Meetup Tool to schedule personal events
- Fan Meetups are scheduled in one hour blocks with a maximum of two consecutive blocks scheduled back to back
- Please be respectful of other Fan Meetups’ time; your Fan Meetup may be scheduled back-to-back with another attendee’s Fan Meetup
- No 18+ Fan Meetups
- Fan Meetups will be held in public OffKai Expo event space, therefore all Fan Meetups must adhere to the OffKai Expo Code of Conduct
