Exhibitor Hall Information
Thank you for being interested in our Exhibitor Hall at OffKai Expo Gen 5! Whether you are a company, group, or agency, you can showcase your brand with a booth space in the Exhibitor Hall. Whether that involves hosting meet-and-greets with talents, signings, merchandise sales, or activations, Exhibitor Hall is the ideal location.
Available booth sizes for OffKai Expo Gen 5:
- 10′ x 10′ – $1,250 (4 Exhibitor Badges)
- 10′ x 20′ – $2,500 (8 Exhibitor Badges)
- 10′ x 30′ – $3,750 (12 Exhibitor Badges)
- 20′ x 20′ – $4,750 (16 Exhibitor Badges)
- 20′ x 30′ – $7,250 (20 Exhibitor Badges)
- 30′ x 30′ – $ 11,250 (25 Exhibitor Badges)
- 40′ x 40′ – $19,250 (30 Exhibitor Badges)
Sizing that is not listed, can be requested depending on availability.
Each booth includes:
- One 5A/120V outlet is included per 10’x10′ space.
- Access to meet-and-greet-capable Exhibitor Wi-Fi is also included.
- There are no additional fees for material handling from Privately-Owned Vehicles (POVs).
The Exhibitor Hall is NOT for fan artists/doujin artists. Please use the Artist & Vendor Hall application if you are a fan artist (i.e. “artist alley artist”).
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis while booths are available.

Exhibitor Rules
- Exhibitor Rules.
- OffKai Expo has established the following rules to ensure the safety of everyone involved, and ensure the continuation of
- OffKai Expo in the future. “Exhibitor” refers to any individual accepted to sell artwork, merchandise or services at OffKai Expo in the Exhibitor Hall.
OffKai Expo reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time for any reason.
- No Sharing.
- Each Exhibit Space shall only be occupied by the approved Exhibitor(s) assigned to each Space. Unless explicitly authorized in writing by OffKai, each Space shall only be occupied by the staff members explicitly associated with the assigned Exhibitor(s).
- Each Space shall only be used for the promotion and sale of goods and/or services on behalf of its assigned Exhibitor(s).
- Eligibility.
- All staff members of Exhibitor registering for OffKai Expo must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the event.
- Seller’s Permits.
- In order to perform sales of merchandise or services at OffKai Expo, Exhibitors are required to have a valid and current California State seller’s permit that covers the date of the event (“Seller’s Permit”). Exhibitors are required to provide a valid California State Seller’s Permit for verification by OffKai prior to selling merchandise, commissions, and/or other services at OffKai Expo.
- Compliance Requirements.
- Exhibitors shall observe and adhere to all applicable local, state and federal law.
- Meet and Greet Experiences.
- At booths smaller than 10’ x 20’, only talents associated with the Exhibitor are allowed to provide Meet and Greet experiences in the Exhibitor Hall. Meet and Greet experiences are defined as activities taking place at Exhibitor’s booth availing attendees of the opportunity to speak and/or interact with an individual or group of individuals in-person or through an electronic device.
- If the number of participants involved with a specific booth exceeds the safety limits implemented by Offkai or the venue, or applicable local or state laws, OffKai reserves the right to immediately terminate the Meet and Greet Experience at their discretion.
- Associated in this subsection is defined as a preexisting management, representation, or collaborative agreement between a talent and the exhibitor, not solely for the sale of goods. Any clarification of the scope of this definition shall be determined by OffKai staff at their discretion.
- If an Exhibitor is engaging in audio or visual recording of any attendee, the Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining the explicit consent of every party recorded in the audio or visual recording.
- Mature/Adult Materials.
- This section does not apply in the 18+ only Yabai Market area where access to the space is restricted to minors by OffKai Expo staff.
- Any material containing extremely violent and/or sexually explicit nature depictions must not be accessible to minors, including literature. But you are allowed to sell NSFW art as long as it follows all applicable state and federal law. For example it would be okay to have a NSFW art folder that you only let people access whose IDs you checked.
Exhibitors are required to monitor their adult/mature materials to ensure minors are not viewing them. - Mature/Adult materials shall be defined at OffKai’s discretion. OffKai will alert you if they feel your displays are insufficient with regard to these rules and suggest how you can resolve the concern. Failure to comply with the requests may result in the Vendor being asked to leave.
- Stickers.
- Stickers, which are merchandise with adhesive properties, including but not limited to sticker sheets, character stickers, peeker-style vinyl decals and the like, are permitted to be sold. However, stickers are not allowed to be distributed free of charge.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generated Art.
- Exhibitor shall not sell AI-generated art nor products featuring artwork generated from AI technology. Exhibitors determined to be selling products with AI-generated images may be asked to have said products removed from the Exhibitor hall. Failure to comply may result in the removal of Exhibitors from the Exhibitor Hall and/or OffKai Expo with no refund.
Determination of whether a product is AI-generated art or features AI-generated artwork shall be at the sole discretion of OffKai.
- Exhibitor shall not sell AI-generated art nor products featuring artwork generated from AI technology. Exhibitors determined to be selling products with AI-generated images may be asked to have said products removed from the Exhibitor hall. Failure to comply may result in the removal of Exhibitors from the Exhibitor Hall and/or OffKai Expo with no refund.
- Unlicensed Merchandise/Fan Art:
- Unlicensed merchandise is defined as any merchandise, including but not limited to art, stories, merchandise, software, and audio/video recordings, that include the likeness of a character, symbol, or other copyrighted property, and are not official goods. Exhibitors are generally prohibited from selling unlicensed merchandise without explicit permission of the Intellectual Property holder at booths in the Exhibitor Hall.
- OffKai Expo-branded items shall not be sold by exhibitors without explicit permission from OffKai.
- Prohibited Items.
- Weapons are not allowed to be sold at OffKai Expo.
Firearms, whether real, demilitarized, or replica, are not permitted for sale at OffKai Expo.

- Professionalism and Behavior.
- Exhibitors shall follow the OffKai Expo Code of Conduct required of all OffKai Expo attendees.
- Violation of the OffKai Expo Code of Conduct may result in removal of the Exhibitor from OffKai Expo, at OffKai’s sole discretion.
- Exhibitors shall be considerate of their neighbors and operate in a way that does not interfere with the operation of other exhibitors or attendees. Loud music or overly distracting displays are not permitted.
- Interference or overly distracting displays may include excessive/flashing lights or excessively loud music/sound from loudspeakers or other display/audio devices.
- A determination of whether an activity or action is considered interference or overly distracting shall be made by OffKai staff at their sole discretion.
- Only individuals displaying valid Exhibitor badges are permitted to work at an Exhibitor’s booth, unless prior approval has been received from OffKai. Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times when at their booths.
- Only individuals displaying valid Exhibitor badges are permitted early and late access to the exhibit areas for setup and tear-down, unless prior approval has been received from OffKai.
- Exhibitor’s exhibits and activities may not result in the obstruction of aisles or shared spaces in the Exhibit Hall. Merchandise and displays may not extend past the front edge of contracted space and must not present trip or snag hazards.
- Exhibitors shall use provided waste receptacles for any garbage. Exhibitors shall promptly report any spills or any potentially hazardous conditions to OffKai when discovered.
- Each Exhibitor is responsible for monitoring the size of the crowd within their assigned Space and in the immediate vicinity of their Space. If the number of persons involved with a specific booth exceeds the safety limits implemented by Offkai or the venue, or applicable local or state laws, Offkai reserves the right to escort persons away from the Space as needed to maintain safety on the premises. The safety limits are to be determined by Offkai at their discretion.
- Exhibitors shall follow the OffKai Expo Code of Conduct required of all OffKai Expo attendees.
- Damages to Property.
- The exhibitor is liable for any damage it causes to properties of OffKai, any persons, the Venue, or properties of other exhibitors. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain, at their own expense, adequate insurance against any/all injury, loss, or damage. The Exhibitor should have proof of insurance on hand, as the venue may require verification during the event.
