Please abide by these general guidelines and prohibited items while appearing in cosplay at OffSeason LIVE. These rules are non-negotiable and may be modified at discretion of staff. You may be asked to change or modify your cosplay at any time in the event space. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times and aware how your cosplay may be affecting those around you.

As this is a different space from previous events, there are a few new things to consider:

• Some of the event will be outside, as such please wear clothing appropriate for outdoor conditions. High wind is likely, as are cold temperatures.
• It is HIGHLY recommend against bringing cutouts or anything that is not securely on your person as it may blow away. This could also impact wigs, anything adhesive, or light props. We are not liable for anything taken by nature.
• Due to the limited size of the passageways no objects, props, or bags that exceed 12” x 8” x 12 are allowed.
• All cosplay, costumes, and props must comply with local laws.
• The final decision on cosplay and props allowed into the event space is at the discretion of OffSeason LIVE staff.
• Shoes/footwear are required at all times. Please wear comfortable footwear as you’ll be walking on steel and standing for the concert.
• Masks covering the face should be easily removable upon the request of event or ship staff.
• Large cosplay is strictly prohibited for OffSeason LIVE due to small passageways, and view of the concert. This includes wings, spikes, horns, hoop skirts, etc.
• Any paint, including body paint, must be dry and non-transferrable. You will be solely liable for any damage caused to ship furniture or spaces due to paint rubbing off from your costume or body.
• All props must be inspected and approved by event staff at the designated Prop Check location. All props will have a peace bonding that must remain on at all times.
• All prop weapons must be easily identifiable as replicas.
• Misuse of props by brandishing, swinging recklessly, sparring, etc. may result in staff asking you to remove said prop from the event space for the duration of the event.
• ALL firearms replicas are prohibited.
