Open Sales Update - May 26, 2024
Open Sales start today at 5p PT for all guests except for Hololive and Holostars. Please check the online store then!
If you manage to get a ticket in your cart, please purchase it immediately, or we will remove it from your cart! We will routinely check orders if they are not cleared within an hour.
There are three distinct phases:
Sunday, May 26th, 5p PT – Monday, May 27th, 5p PT
Open Sales begin!
For each guest who you do not already have a ticket for, you may participate!
For each guest who you do already have a ticket for, you must wait 24 hours.
The limit for tickets per attendee, per guest during this period is still 1 ticket!
Monday, May 27th, 5p PT – Wednesday, May 29th, 5p PT
Open Sales continue!
For any guest, you may purchase tickets up to the amount listed below until they sell out.
At the end of this period, all online sales are done and all other ticket sales happen at the convention.
Friday-Sunday at-con
Open Sales open up at the con store. Any tickets available will be sold in this method during the con.
Ticket Limits
Updates on Hololive, Open Sales, and Gift Drop-offs - May 23, 2024
If you have not bought your Meet & Greet tickets, lottery winner sales will end at the end of Saturday, May 25th! Hololive and Holostars tickets must be bought by the end of Sunday, May 26th by 5p PT!

In order to accommodate for the later release of these tickets, new deadlines and procedures will be set accordingly:
If you were selected, you will have until Sunday May 26th, 5pm PT to make your purchases, else you will forfeit your ticket. This is the same time that Open Sales will open for all other Meet & Greets, and is one day after general lottery claims finish.
However, instead of Open Sales, unsold Hololive/Holostars tickets will be given to other lottery participants; anyone who did not get selected in the initial picks are still eligible! We will send out a few emails to facilitate this:
- We will send a reminder email to all eligible winners on Saturday, May 25th to remind them to purchase tickets.
- We will then collect unsold tickets at Sunday May 26th, 5pm PT, pick a new slate of lottery winners, and email them to purchase tickets. This group will have until Monday, May 27th, 5pm PT (~24 hours) to purchase.
- If any are still unsold after this time, we will run the process again, giving this group an email notice and 24 hours to purchase.
Thank you for your patience as we make this lottery as equitable as possible!
Open Sales period begins Sunday, May 26th, 5pm PT
For unsold tickets for all other Meet & Greets, a first come, first served open sale period will begin on Sunday, May 26th, at 5pm PT.
Initially, only badge holders who still have not purchased a Meet & Greet ticket for a given guest will be able to purchase an open sale ticket. We will keep this restriction for 24 hours until Monday May 27th, 5pm PT.
After this, sales will be unrestricted for all badge holders, who will then be able to purchase extra tickets up to a set amount to augment their time. This window will then stay open until Wednesday, May 29th, at 5pm. At this time, online sales will close entirely and any unsold tickets will be available at the con store.
To summarize:
- Saturday, May 25th Midnight PT – deadline for general lottery winners to claim/buy their tickets
- Sunday, May 26th, 5p PT – Open Sales begin. Badge holders who do not already have a ticket may purchase one if available.
- Monday, May 27th, 5p PT – Badge holders may purchase additional tickets where available to increase their Meet & Greet time, up to an individual limit per Meet & Greet.
- Wednesday, May 29th, 5p PT – Open Sales close online. Remaining tickets must be purchased on-site at the con store.
Guest gift drop-off location
In light of demand that fans would like to drop off gifts for a guest outside of a Meet & Greet, we are facilitating drop-off hours for gifts at the con store! From the hours of 2-4pm on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st, the con store will accept gifts for guests within the convention. Please remember to label your name and your guest’s name properly for it to be properly received.
Exceptions apply to Hololive and Holostars gifts, which will not be accepted outside of the context of a Meet & Greet. Please adhere to each guest’s gift policy when dropping off your gifts.

Meet & Greet Lottery Process
Leading up to the convention, tickets sales for Meet & Greets will be found in the Event Store. The majority of ticket sales will be allocated through a General Lottery, open to all who pre-register for the convention.
The General Lottery opens on Monday, May 13th and will have no other cost to enter. You are allowed to enter as many raffles as you would like. If you win, a ticket will be reserved for you to purchase until Saturday, May 25 at 11:59 PM PT. Winning the lottery does not automatically purchase the ticket for you. Tickets that are not purchased before the deadline will be put back into the pool for first-come, first-served sale. Please note that guests listed with price of “FREE” will still appear in the lottery and require a $0 ticket, as slots are limited.
Most tickets are expected to sell out in the General Lottery, but once the lottery ends, any tickets not purchased will be sold online, in the Event Store, on a first-come, first-served basis. If any tickets are left when the convention starts, they will be sold on site at the Con Store.
Whale and Double Rainbow badge holders will have priority access to certain Meet & Greet tickets a week before the General Lottery. Whale badge holders are able to select one Meet & Greet ticket of their choice at no extra cost (restrictions apply, see badge details for more information). Whale and Double Rainbow badge holders will then get access to a Priority Lottery that takes place before the General Lottery, where they can get access to up to 5 Meet & Greets based on preference and availability.
Meet & Greet lottery winners will be notified by email. Meet & Greet tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you miss the scheduled time slot, we cannot transfer the ticket or reschedule.
Each Meet & Greet will have a predetermined time limit and comes with a commemorative postcard (unless otherwise noted).
For convenience, we have provided a tentative schedule so you can plan your visit to the convention:
Conduct and Harassment Policy
- Please respect the time limit noted for each Meet & Greet.
- Do not ask the Meet & Greet guest to collaborate, this is a chance to have a fan experience, not a networking opportunity.
- Do not make references to other personas or VTubers.
- Do not ask personal/uncomfortable questions to the guest, or do anything else that could be interpreted as harassment. Please be respectful!
- Failure to comply with any of the above may result in your badge being revoked or even a permanent ban from the convention.
Gift Policy
- Guests are not obligated to accept gifts, and gift acceptance is not guaranteed. Please refer to the list below to see if a particular guest is accepting gifts as well as if they have gift restrictions (i.e. letters only, etc.).
- Gifts are not mandatory, but if you choose to bring one, keep it appropriate and manageable in size.
- Label your gift (i.e. “from: (your name), to: (guest’s name)”) and include a brief message if desired.
- If a guest is accepting food gifts, ensure it is non-perishable, pre-packaged, and labeled with relevant dietary information. Ensure the food is safe, unexpired, and untampered with. Dubious or suspicious food items will not be accepted.
- Please do not bring items such as alcohol, marijuana or similar gifts that may be illegal in other countries or states. These will not be accepted.
- OffKai reserves the right to reject gifts for any reason, including, but not limited to, the policy above.
Group Policy
- If a guest accepts groups, then individual ticket holders may pool their time together and join at the same time. Thus, 3 ticket holders for a Meet & Greet that is 1 minute per ticket can pool together for a 3 minute group Meet & Greet. Every attendee must have a ticket for the Meet & Greet to enter. OffKai reserves the right to ask potential groups to enter individually or as smaller units for any reason.
Photo Policy
- For guests who permit photos, photos will be taken using an attendee’s smartphone or simple point-and-click cameras. These photos will be taken with the guest after the full Meet and Greet time is completed. Please do not bring complex photography equipment that cannot be easily handled by our staff, including DSLRs, mirrorless, etc.
